The Page Layout tab reflects the first tab (Page) of the Page Setup window.
If you want to add a Background color or Background Image, you can add this via the Background button. More information about the Page Setup can be found in the "Page Setup" section from this Help file. More information about how to use Backgrounds, please refer to our "Using Backgrounds" section of our Help file.
