Under the evacuation report section you can enable that when generating an evacuation report, it is emailed to the specified recipient.
You can also check the option to send this to event hosts so that they can also see who is in the building for their events in case of an emergency.
You have the option to change the email subject for the evacuation report emails as well as sending a test email to the specified sender and editing the email message.
